I will be joining other local members of Broad Universe for a night of speculative fiction at Jeannie's Book Emporium.

Authors Elaine Isaak, Jennifer Pelland, Trish Wooldridge, Justine Graykin, Phoebe Wray, and I will read selections from our science fiction, fantasy, or horror fiction.

This should be fun: Dystopia, Vampires, Monsters that Aren't, Unwelcome Bodies, Heroes you Don't Want To Be, and Bad-A$$ Faeries!

"...the first and foremost feminist science fiction convention in the world," WisCon is an amazing convention in beautiful Madison, WI. I'll be flying out there at the end of May to attend.

I'll be participating in the Broad Universe rapid-fire reading, where eleven members read from their work, an assortment of fantasy, science fiction, and horror. I'll also be leading a panel called "Tech Tools for Writers" (see description below).
